When it comes to effective co-parenting, a child-centred approach is key
Imagine it as a recipe: Start with a bowl that is adaptable to changes in temperature.
Then, add a full tablespoon of emotional intelligence, two full tablespoons of listening skills, a cube of empathy, a pinch of gentleness, a handful of patience and tolerance, and a cup full of self-control.
Mix all these ingredients together and let them settle. Finally, glaze it all with flexibility and a compromise attitude before you bake
Now, settle down and sit back to enjoy your creation with a pint of consistency and a solution-oriented mindset.
Most importantly, watch your children savour each bite of the best of both their parents’ worlds. Watch their faces lighting up with each mouthful, leaving them wanting more of each parent’s heavenly experiences.
